品味注释 Tasting Notes
水晶般透亮的黄色中透射出一丝淡绿色光晕。成熟的柠檬果、柑橘皮、凤梨果香气清新宜人。口感清新活泼,莓果果味浓郁中厚。稍稍带有一点矿物特性。酸度爽洁尖脆,风味颇长,令人爽快。甜味收结,回味颇长。推荐:适宜与海鲜和鸡肉搭配
Attractive brilliant aspect, with pale green tones. Aromas and flavours of ripe citric fruit, orange rinds, some pineapple and a slight mineral character. A fresh crisp acid, which refreshes the palate.
生长环境Viticulture
葡萄园位于安第斯山脉脚下。葡萄来自于克里库山谷、穆勒山谷和伊特塔山谷的南部区域。这些区域相对而言比较寒冷,可以让果实成熟得更慢更柔和,这样我们可以得到更集中的酸度,并更好地采集莎当妮重要的特点。
Vineyards at the base of the Los Andes mountain range, in the southern areas of Curico, Maule, and Itata, were where the Chardonnay was grown. These areas are cooler and allow for a much gentler slower ripening. Where we can retain better acidity and accentuates the citric characters of Chardonnay.
酿造方式Winemaking
我们对葡萄进行整株榨汁,在不锈钢桶中进行发酵,并且对温度进行严格控制。在酒精发酵之后,我们将酒存放在桶中8周,并且不添加任何二氧化硫。这样可以使酒产生非常有趣的特点。大桶每周将被搅拌一次。一小部分酒液(10%)将和法国橡木接触进行成熟。
The grapes where whole bunch pressed, to minimise phenolic extract. Fermentation was in stainless steel tanks, and the temperature carefully controlled. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine was left without sulphur on lees for 8 weeks, allowing for a very interesting yeast autolyses character to develop. The lees were stirred once a week. A small percentage (10%) was aged with French staves.
酿造评价Winemaking Comments
莎当妮强调了水果新鲜、清爽的特点。为此我们从较寒冷的地区挑选果实,并且只让一小部分酒液与橡木接触。因此,这是一款能反映水果特征和果实生长地环境的酒。
A Chardonnay which emphasizes fruit, being made to be fresh and crisp. For this we sourced fruit cooler areas, and only oak aged a very small percent of the wine. Thus it is a wine about the fruit and where it was grown.
