品味注释 Tasting Notes
黄水晶色略泛浅绿。浓郁的成熟柠檬及多种复合水果的香味,细腻柔顺的口感。二年或者更久以上的窖藏后,为饮用时间。
Crystal yellow and green colour. Intense aromas of tropic fruits and ripe lemon. Smooth and crisp. Had better to be drunk after two years or two years reserve in cellar.
生长环境Viticulture
葡萄园位于安第斯山脉脚下。葡萄来自于克里库山谷、穆勒山谷和伊特塔山谷的南部区域。这些区域相对而言比较寒冷,可以让果实成熟得更慢更柔和,这样我们可以得到更集中的酸度,并更好地采集莎当妮重要的特点。
Vineyards at the base of the Los Andes mountain range, in the southern areas of Curico, Maule, and Itata, were where the Chardonnay was grown. These areas are cooler and allow for a much gentler slower ripening. Where we can retain better acidity and accentuates the citric characters of Chardonnay
酿造方式Winemaking
葡萄会被去梗,但不会被弄破,在与酵母菌接触前,葡萄会被低温浸泡48小时。发酵过程在不锈钢大桶中进行,持续7-10天。在发酵过程中,我们每天会搅拌大桶3次。在酒精发酵完成后,仍将浸化7-14天,然后榨汁。之后葡萄酒要放入小橡木桶中成熟12个月,70%的酒液在法国橡木桶中成熟,而30%则在美国橡木桶中成熟。
The bunches where destemmed, not crushed, and cold soaked for 48 hours before being inoculated with yeast. Fermentation was in stainless steel tanks and lasts between 7 to 10 days. During fermentation the fermenting juice is pumped over the skin cap three times a day. After alcoholic fermentation, there was post-fermentation maceration on skins between 7 to 14 days, before pressing. The wine was aged for 12 months in small oak barrels, 70% French and 30% American.

这款酒着重表现了莎当妮所具备的杰出特点。成熟的柠檬果味,饱满的酒体以及完美的构架,但同时又非常的平易近人,易于接受。
The objective was to show the characters which make Chilean chardonnay so outstanding. Ripe sweet lemon, being full bodied and well structured, yet very approachable.
